Sales Manager (Health Insurance Industry), Pasig

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly/quarterly goals
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to grow customer base and market presence
• Monitor market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Deliver presentations, orientations, and sales pitches effectively
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics for improvement
• Work with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care for smooth onboarding
• Conduct team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Healthcare, or related field
• 35 years sales experience, including 2+ years in leadership/management
• Background in health insurance or HMO sales required
• Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Familiar with CRM tools and sales software (preferred)
