Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and effectively via phone, email, or chat
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and KPIs
• Stay informed about products, services, and client policies

Qualifications:

• At least 23 years of customer service experience (BPO preferred)
• Senior High School graduate or higher
• Excellent English communication skills
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer tools
