Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound calls and emails from Brand Partners.

The role involves resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely responses within agreed service levels.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support with a focus on first contact resolution and a positive customer experience.

  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries through phone and email.
  • Provide quality service in line with company standards and service expectations.

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate or completed 2 years in college
  • Minimum of 1 year of CSR experience handling voice account
  • Work onsite (QC/Pasig City), Dayshift schedule
  • Interview Process: Initial Interview (Phone/MS teams), Assessment and Final Interview (1-day Onsite)
