HIRING - FRONT DESK OFFICER

Were seeking a versatile, multitasking individual who can handle the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Answer phones and handle internal and external inquiries.
• Order parts/supplies from preferred and legitimate suppliers.
• Prepare technicians daily sales objective.
• Assist in creation of job orders using the shops business system.

Finance

• Maintain and update daily sales records.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all disbursements, ensuring each transaction is documented with receipts or other forms of proof of purchase.
• Timely report any irregularities in any transaction.
• Prepare month-end financial reports.

Inventory

• Maintain availability of stocks.
• Reconcile inventory.
• Prepare month-end inventory reports.

Sales & Billing

• Create sales invoices.
• Record daily sales report.
• Deposit daily sales before end of business day.
• Inform customers about ongoing promos, warranties, and benefits.
• Prepare customers billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or related field.
• With experience in accounting/finance and office administration.
• High sense of dignity and honorableness; trustworthy.
• Good planning and organizational skills and efficient work methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an automotive repair shop environment.
• Computer savvy.
• Well-mannered with high degree of professionalism.
• Must be willing to work in Manggahan, Pasig; Mondays to Saturdays including holidays.
