Performs a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and treasury duties according to established policies and procedures. Ensure that financial reports are recorded properly and maintains good cash position.
In-charge of the following:
- Accounting Responsibility: Assist in preparing full books, BIR Reports, Audit and Disbursement and Sales Invoice Processing, Inventory Management, Maintaining and Monitoring of Fixed Assets schedule.
- Treasury Responsibility: Assist in preparing Cash Flow, Budgeting and Bank Loan Management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizes and maintains up to date financial records
- Prepares monthly financial and management reports such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flow, Statement of Retained Earnings, Notes to Financial Statements
- Prepares subsidiary ledgers
- Organizes and maintains retention files for required period
- Prepares, assist and check bills and invoices for sales or services rendered
- Assist to manage and prepares check payment and telegraphic transfer payments
- Assist in preparing Bank Reconciliation
- Assist in payment of disbursing and reviews report of NGC Investment Services Pte Ltd. (if any)
- Assist and check report such as working papers for Valve Release Technology Services Inc (VRTSI), prepares the annual audited financial statements
- Assist and Prepares BIR Reports such as: 1601C, 1601E, 1601EQ, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1702(AFS), 1604E, 1604CF, 0605, 2316
- Assist in annual audit for preparation of Audited Financial Reports
- Assist in Bank loans management related such as payment, rollovers and re-availment of loans and repayments
- Assist in Cash Flow Management such as preparation of Cash Position reports
- Assist in preparation of annual Budget Yearly
- Tasks that can be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Individual with knack for numbers
- Attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
- Basic knowledge and experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Xtuple, Netsuites) modules including new implementations, upgrades and operations and maintenance
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office including word processing, power point presentation and spreadsheet
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- At least 2-5 years experience with Accounting and Financial Reports
- With strong accounting background
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management related to Accounting and Finance
