Train, and manage store staff including cashier, utility staff, customer service reps/operational staff, and merchandisers.

Graduate of any 4-year degree course.

Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.

25 years in retail, entertainment, hospitality, or mall-based operations.

Experience in managing teams and customer-facing environments.

Preferably in retail stores, hospitality business & other business with high customer service engagement & interactions.

Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with interactive entertainment systems.

Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

Creative mindset with a flair for event planning and guest engagement.

Detail-oriented and compliance-conscious.

Passionate about family entertainment and emerging amusement.
