Retail Marketing Lead, Pasig

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Marketing Lead to join our System Business Group. This managerial role is designed for a seasoned marketing professional who excels at developing strategies, leading teams, and driving retail excellence for a premier technology brand. You will be responsible for shaping the in-store and promotional presence of ASUS products across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage trade marketing, merchandising, and in-store promotions.
• Oversight of campaign budgets and performance management.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of four (4) professionals.
• Travel to key areas including North/South Luzon, GMA, and VisMin for market visits and mall audits.

• Must be a college graduate from any course.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar retail marketing role, preferably within the telco or technology industry.
• Proven expertise in retail strategy, campaign management, promotions, and budget management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the Philippines.
• Must be willing to render a 30-day notice period with your current employer.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• A graduate from a top university (UP, Ateneo, DLSU, UST) is a significant advantage.
