As a Customer Service Representative for TaskUs Ortigas, you will:

• Assist customers in financial accounts such as payroll, fraud prevention, disputes, and KYC verification.
• Review, investigate, and resolve transactions, chargebacks, and account concerns with accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct screenings and verifications to protect customers and financial institutions.
• Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic support via voice or non-voice channels.
• Work with supportive leaders and teammates in a collaborative, fun, and engaging environment.

• Must be 18 years old and above
• At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
• Minimum of 1 year BPO experience (depending on campaign)
• Preferably with Financial BPO background (Fraud, KYC, Chargebacks, Payroll, etc.)
• Good to above-average English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite at TaskUs Ortigas
