What Youll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, youll provide excellent customer care and support for global clients while building a long-term career with one of the leading BPO companies in the Philippines.

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a professional and timely manner.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
• Provide product or service information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Follow communication scripts, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
