Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
1+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluations, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation tools
Solid understanding of employment laws and benefit regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
