Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network problems and perform system diagnostics.
- Assist users with application-related queries and installations.
- Maintain equipment and ensure software updates are applied.
- Oversee and maintain the organizations IT infrastructureincluding hardware, network, software, and user supportwhile also coordinating logistics operations such as procurement, and inventory.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of IT technical support experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in network & system maintenance, hardware & system troubleshooting, IT infrastructure, system monitoring, problem-solving, and background in logistics, .
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential on-site client visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Can drive a motorcycle and/or 4-wheel vehicle.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Willing to start ASAP!
