- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the human resource is required for this position and at least 3 years of working experience in payroll.
- Handles benefits administration/computation, payroll, recruitment, timekeeping and labor code.
- Excellent interpersonal of people management skills and can work with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Has excellent knowledge in all facets of HR.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology
- Preferably Certified Human Resource Practitioner/Associate
- Amenable to work in Pasig on-site
