Responsibilities
  • Manage billing operations and ensure accuracy in invoicing customers.
  • Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports as required.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintain organized records of transactions and client communications.

Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 02 years of relevant experience in a billing or accounting role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial statements, accounting receivable and payable, financial reporting, and billing.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based position with standard working hours.


OTHERS:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Computer literate; must know how to generate Spreadsheet reports

* Experience in billing processes is a plus

* Willing to work in a vet clinic and must love animals

* Willing to work in Pasig City
