B2B Sales (opportunity to China study)


1. Customer Development and Screening

Actively contact the American designer community (interior design/architecture/staging) by phone, introducing the company's furniture product line and B2B service advantages

Conduct preliminary qualification review based on the customer leads assigned by the CRM system, identifying high-potential customers

Use standardized questionnaires or standard scripts to assess customer needs, and establish customer classification labels


2. Sales Process Promotion

Through phone communication, guide customers to visit the company website and complete registration, achieving digital diversion of the sales funnel

Answer customers' initial inquiries about product basics, customized services, and logistics terms. Complex issues are referred to the US sales team

Regularly follow up on unconverted leads, using a combination of email and phone calls to enhance customer activation rate


3. Systematic Collaboration

Real-time update of customer communication records in the CRM system HubSpot

Cooperate with the US team to optimize local communication phrases (optimization of professional terms for the designer group)

Submit customer behavior analysis reports weekly, providing feedback on market dynamics and suggestions for improving communication phrases

1. Essential requirements:

Proficient in English at the C1 level (must pass the business oral test), and able to express oneself fluently.


2. Years of B2B telemarketing experience, with a background in furniture, building materials, or design services industry preferred

Proficient in using CRM systems and Google Workspace office suite

Mastered professional telemarketing skills (demand exploration, objection handling, cross-time zone communication)


3. Soft Skills:

Cultural Sensitivity: Able to understand American business etiquette and the communication characteristics of the design community

Data-driven Thinking: Capable of optimizing work processes by analyzing metrics such as conversion rates and call duration

Stress Resistance: Can handle over 80 calls per day while maintaining a professional service attitude
