We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Collection & Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role ensures accurate data entry, organized document management, and efficient report preparation to support smooth financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode AR and collection entries into the system and Excel templates.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for AR and collection documents for easy retrieval.
  • Serve as the document custodian for all AR and collection records.
  • Prepare reports as required by the Collection & AR Manager.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Collection & AR Manager.
  • At least college level, with experience in administrative support.
  • Computer literate with experience using financial systems.
  • Prior experience as an Admin Assistant in AR or collection is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data entry and report generation.
  • Highly organized, accustomed to handling high-volume encoding and reports.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a team player.
