Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports : General Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. This role ensures operational efficiency, quality control, and excellent customer service across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations & Efficiency
- Oversee daily operations of stores, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Monitor stores performance, identify inefficiencies, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer demand.
2. Quality Control & Customer Experience
- Maintain high food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in all locations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
3. Inventory & Cost Management
- Work with supply chain and procurement teams to manage inventory and minimize wastage.
- Ensure cost control in food production, labor, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to maintain financial stability.
4. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead and develop a team of store supervisors, crew members, and support staff.
- Provide training on food preparation, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
5. Sales Growth & Business Development
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to drive sales and promotions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and technology integration to enhance efficiency.
- Support franchise operations and assist in the launch of new locations.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in F&B, QSR, or retail operations management.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Experience in process improvement, cost control, and people management.
- Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
