Description

Manage All Accounting Operations: Take ownership of the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS).
Job Costing & Project Accounting: Maintain detailed job cost records, track project expenses against budgets, and analyze project profitability.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist in the development of company budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against these benchmarks.
Compliance & Taxes: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and prepare necessary tax filings. Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting procedures, implement best practices, and leverage accounting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Vendor & Client Management: Oversee payment processing for vendors and ensure timely collection of receivables from clients.
Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
