  • MINEMAN Systems is looking for a dedicated Marketing Administrator to join our Managed Service Business Unit. We are a privately owned medium-scale company that provides the MINEMAN Software and associated services to some of the worlds largest mining companies. Our software helps clients manage metal commodity sales, forecast revenue, and track cash flow. We pride ourselves on our integrity, business ethics, and the high regard we have for our staff, service providers, and clients.

  • The Role: Youll not only support our clients but also learn how mining business works while using our own software. This is not a sales role, but a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various fields, including administrative tasks, financial reporting, and data analysis, all while contributing to the success of our mining industry clients. 
  • We're an offshore back-office mining company employee, though remotely located away from client's processing and branch of head office site(s), we contribute on a daily basis as if an "on-site" equal and part of our clients Marketing Admin team.

Responsibilities are:

  • The coordination and communication of all required Managed Service Client Marketing Administration with the clients internal staff and its external customers and appointed service providers, as and where applicable
  • Accurate and timely data input into MINEMAN Systems.
  • Producing invoices and shipping documents
  • Doing mining related-data analysis (ie weight comparison, Element grade/assay comparison)
  • Producing periodic reports requested by clients marketing or internal team members.
  • Provide assistance as required to Managed Service Clients representative, Senior Mineman staff and fellow team members
  • Provide technical support to all MINEMAN Systems software users/clients to the level of training and experience attained.
  • Preside a client meeting
  • On the job training will be provided, and you will gain real-world experience in the use of the MINEMAN System and a thorough understanding of the Mining Industry domain.
