  • Manage the complete offboarding process including clearance coordination, exit interviews, and final documentation.
  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews to identify trends, reasons for resignation, and improvement opportunities; provide quarterly exit interview analysis reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee change status notices (promotions, transfers, terminations).
  • Coordinate with department heads and HR team to monitor the performance evaluation schedule and ensure completion.
  • Collaborate with direct managers to create and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
  • Maintain and audit all HR documentation and records for compliance and reporting purposes.
