Project Manager-Medical Representative, Pasig

(Preferably with experience as Medical Representative)

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring efficiency in resource allocation and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

-Develop and implement a structured project plan with SMART metrics and clear deliverables.

-Manage event activations, including manpower hiring, operational planning, and client coordination.

-Supervise Project Supervisors, Local Coordinators, and Team Leaders, providing clear instructions and guidance.

-Conduct on-site inspections within the first 3 days to assess execution quality and recommend adjustments.

-Act as a solution provider by optimizing event strategies and ensuring top-tier execution.

-Maintain project documentation, including briefing decks, cost estimates, inventory reports, and post-event evaluations.

-Oversee materials and stock management, aligning with warehouse personnel and project teams.
