About the role

• Firstlead Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in our Capitol Pasig City office. What you'll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support business decision-making
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Supervise and mentor the Accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices
