- Quality Audit Facilitation and Result Administration: Conducts Corporate and Supplier Food Safety Audits, and process audits (when necessary); Undertakes corrective action management for audit results
- Process Improvement: Monitors, analyzes, and maintains relevant databases for audits and supplier quality management; Develops and conducts relevant trainings for stakeholders (e.g Procurement, Logistics, suppliers, 3PL, PCO); Develops and implements relevant programs that aim to improve supply chain quality and food safety culture
- Performs as QA point person / support for Supply Chain (Procurement & Logistics) Division
