Customer Engagement Associate, Cavite

• Connect with customers through chat, text, and outbound calls
• Build strong relationships with recent and existing customers
• Maintain regular communication to encourage customer loyalty and repeat purchases
• Personalize customer interactions based on customer needs and behavior

• Follow up with customers regarding their inquiries, orders, and previous purchases
• Re-engage customers who have shown interest in our products
• Ensure customers receive timely assistance and support

• Recommend products that match customer needs and preferences
• Introduce bundles, upgrades, and complementary products
• Help customers discover additional products that provide value

• Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally
• Handle concerns and objections effectively
• Provide product information and recommendations to improve customer experience

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
• Update CRM and customer databases regularly
• Share customer insights and feedback with the team

• At least high school, senior high school, or college graduate (undergraduates are welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging customers through chat and outbound calls
• Experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce is an advantage
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
