Finance and Accounting Coordinator, Cavite

The Finance and Accounting Coordinator supports the Finance and Accounting Supervisor in overseeing daily financial operations across departments. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, proper documentation, and timely processing of transactions to maintain compliance and support business decision-making.

• Process and record financial transactions (collections, remittances, disbursements)
• Monitor remittances, revenue, and daily cash flow
• Prepare and consolidate financial reports and documentation
• Track budgets and ensure expenses align with approved limits
• Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support audits
• Coordinate with internal teams on financial matters and requirements
• Support process improvements and financial system implementation

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping functions. (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial tools/systems
• Good communication and organizational skills
