1)Social Media Management- Manage daily content publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with weekly marketing themes.

- Handle scheduling, performance tracking, and optimization of posts.

- Write and refine post copy, titles, and captions for engagement and brand consistency.


2) Content Creation, Graphic Design & Video Editing

Design and produce a wide range of digital content including:

- Reel thumbnails, blog promotion graphics, blog headers, and supporting visuals

- Carousel posts, social ads, holiday posts, polls, and client testimonials

- Creative formats such as quotes, Did You Know, and If IT Could Talk series (depends on what series or type of creative content to post)

- Write and develop weekly blog content aligned with marketing campaigns and SEO goals.

- Edit short-form videos and reels for social media and YouTube.


3) Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and content plans.

- Create marketing collateral such as presentations, service documents, product mockups, and multi-device visuals. (any internal visuals that the client needs)

- Build and manage email marketing initiatives, including:

- Drip campaigns using HubSpot Automation Workflows

- Email templates and newsletters

- Lead magnets (eBooks, PDF guides, business cards and physical mailers like postcards)

- Monitor the whole marketing campaign, respond to inquiries, supporting lead nurturing and engagement.


4) Web Design & Landing Pages- Design and develop the Synogen Solutions website homepage.

- Create and manage 1015+ landing pages to support ongoing campaigns and lead generation efforts. (to support the google and meta ads campaign)


5) Lead Generation & CRM Management- Conduct targeted list building for industries such as law firms and other targeted industries

- Source contact and company data using tools like Apollo.io.

- Import, segment, and enroll leads into HubSpot campaigns and workflows.


6) Documentation & Systems Support- Create and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, System Requirement Documents, and Service Frameworks.

- Organize and manage digital assets across OneDrive, Vimeo, and Canva.

- Build trackers and maintain structured file systems for team efficiency.


7) Team Collaboration & Reporting- Participate in weekly team meetings to present marketing updates, progress, and insights.


8) Administrative & Operational Support- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth marketing operations


9) Special Projects & Creative Work- Design custom branding projects such as a hockey jersey logo.

- Support client ventures with branding and creative direction (ex: visuals, props, clothing design that they might need during their video productions)
