Job Description:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain quality customer service and communication standards
Encode and update customer records when needed
Follow company policies and account procedures
Qualifications:
Good English communication skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Molino, Cavite
Willing to work shifting schedules if needed
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
