Description
Responsibilities
- Improve production processes and planning and supervising the installation of machinery and parts in line with design plans and timescales
- Modify design to correct operating deficiencies and/or reduce issues
- Use advanced analysis tools and methods to solve complex technical problems
- Troubleshoot and solve the complex problems
- Assist in preparing and maintaining he policies, procedures and manuals of Engineering department
- Assist in the evaluation and troubleshooting of machines
- Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed
- Outline engineering processes for the creation of training and development materials
- Design and implementing cost-effective modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineer
- Excellent technical skills, including computer-aid design experience
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Willing to work on shifting schedule and render overtime
- Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
