Packaging & Printing R&D Specialist, Cavite

• Research and develop new packaging materials, structures, and printing technologies
• Improve existing packaging for durability, sustainability, shelf appeal, and cost reduction
• Coordinate packaging artwork, color standards, and print quality requirements
• Conduct packaging trials, testing, and validation
• Work with suppliers, printers, converters, and production teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and labeling regulations
• Analyze packaging defects and implement corrective actions
• Create technical specifications, BOMs, and packaging standards
• Support product launches and packaging commercialization
• Monitor industry trends in sustainable and smart packaging
• Perform print inspections including color matching, barcode verification, and alignment checks
• Collaborate with QA, Procurement, Marketing, and Manufacturing departments
