E-commerce Associate, Cavite

The ECommerce Associate is responsible for managing online marketplace operations, ensuring accurate product listings, timely order processing, inventory coordination, and smooth communication between warehouse, customer service, and platform partners. This role supports daily ecommerce activities to drive sales performance, maintain operational accuracy, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and update product listings, including SKU creation, pricing, descriptions, and images.

2. Ensure all listings comply with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other platform requirements.

3. Monitor listing accuracy and correct any errors in content, pricing, or categorization.

4. Process daily orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, and dispatching.

5. Validate picklists and ensure correct items are shipped.

6. Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or discrepancies.

7. Track stock levels and provide immediate replenishment.

8. Update inventory on platforms to avoid overselling or stockouts.

9. Assist in cycle counts and reconciliation of ecommerce inventory

10. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and return/refund requests

11. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

12. Maintain a professional and customercentric communication style.

13. Monitor KPIs such as order volume, cancellations, returns, and campaign performance

14. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and operational efficiency

15. Assist in setting up vouchers, promotions, bundles, and platform campaigns

16. Track campaign performance and provide postcampaign analysis

17. Work closely with warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams

18. Ensure compliance with platform policies and internal SOPs

19. Support process improvements to enhance ecommerce operations.
