Marketing Associate, Cavite

The Marketing Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

1. Project Management

• Support the Marketing Director on campaigns, brand partnerships, and product development initiatives.
• Manage timelines for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with creatives, product development, sales teams, and external suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with SOPs.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, campaign calendars, and progress reports.
• Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, and status updates.
• Process and monitor marketing-related orders, requests, and payment documents.
• Organize and maintain records of invoices, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement for budget alignment and compliance.
• Track, reconcile, and report marketing expenses and budgets.
• Compile post-campaign and event reports (financial and activity-based).

3. Administrative Support & Collaboration

• Assist in executing events, influencer collaborations, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Provide administrative support (scheduling, file management, internal communication).
• Liaise with suppliers and partners for documentation and payment follow-ups.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in administrative, finance, or marketing support (beauty/FMCG is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with budget tracking and basic accounting processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; accounting software experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
