Production Supervisor, Cavite

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards
• Manage and train production staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor production processes, making adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
• Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Condition:

• Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 5:00pm, Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am
