Overseas Sales Supervisor, Cavite

• Lead and manage the overseas sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in international regions
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas
• Create and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and partners
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in foreign markets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in an international context
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Condition:

• Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite
• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 5:00pm, Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am to 11:00am
