Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor unit occupancy permits, construction status, and electrical bonds.
  • Coordinate unit repair statuses and updates with contractors.
  • Prepare material requisitions and project cost estimates.
  • Source contractors for unit turnovers and pre-occupancy preparations.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
  • Work experience related to construction is an advantage.
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
