ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR intern to join our Human Resources team. You will gain exposure to end-to-end HR functions in a real corporate setting ideal for students building a career in people management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, and scheduling interviews

- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees

- Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation

- Assist in preparing HR documents such as memos, certificates, and contracts

- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events

- Help with timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management

QUALIFICATIONS

- Currently enrolled in BS Psychology, BSHRM, BS Business Administration, or a related program

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

- Strong attention to detail, organized, and willing to learn

- Can work on-site in Carmona, Cavite
