Responsible in creating strategy brand building initiatives, strengthening brand awareness, ensuring consistency across all channels, and leading a high-performing team to achieve marketing excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategic Growth & Management

  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Ensure consistent brand alignment across all marketing materials and channels (e.g brand ambassadors, livestreamers, etc).
  • Build, manage and maintain positive sentiment across online and offline communities that reflect the brand's values and culture.
  • Use insights from market research and audience analytics to expand brand reach and relevance.
  • Initiate cross-brand collaborations or CSR initiatives that enhance brand equity (e.g Pawssion Project).

Campaign & Product Launch Management

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated brand story aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure brand image, tone and identity in all campaign execution.
  • Collaborate in creative development, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination for smooth execution.
  • Create effective go-to-market strategies that maximize consumer engagement and awareness.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using data-driven insights and optimize for future improvements.

Brand Innovation & Trend Integration

  • Analyze global beauty and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation in campaigns, products, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development, digital, and creative teams to align innovation and Trend Integration.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing and brand professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and proactive work culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
  • Identify skill gaps and create opportunities for team training and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience 3-5 years in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles. Experience in Beauty Industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing campaigns and product launches.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer insights, market research, and brand positioning.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in decision-making.
  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Resilient under pressure, adaptable to change, and solution-oriented.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leader who values team success as much as individual achievement.
