Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Daily Operations
  • Monitor and supervise daytoday construction activities.
  • Ensure workers follow instructions, work assignments, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work areas are organized, safe, and ready for operations.
2. Manpower Coordination
  • Check attendance and deployment of workers.
  • Assign tasks based on daily work plans.
  • Report manpower shortages, absences, or performance issues.
  • Ensure proper timekeeping and compliance with schedules.
3. Materials & Tools Monitoring
  • Request materials, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations.
  • Monitor usage and prevent wastage.
  • Coordinate with Procurement/Warehouse for deliveries.
  • Report shortages, damages, or losses.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance
  • Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  • Enforce safety rules and PPE usage.
  • Report unsafe acts, hazards, or incidents.
  • Assist in toolbox meetings and safety orientations.
5. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR).
  • Record manpower lists, material usage, and equipment logs.
  • Report site issues, delays, and concerns.
  • Assist in punch list preparation and monitoring.
6. Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the onsite contact between workers and management.
  • Coordinate with clients, building admin, and subcontractors when required.
  • Relay instructions from the Operations Manager or Project Manager.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and resolve minor site issues.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (Licensed or NonLicensed accepted).
  • At least 23 years experience in construction site operations or supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in construction methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and drawings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Physically fit and willing to work onsite daily.
  • With strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
