A promodiser is responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, maintaining attractive product displays, and achieving sales targets within assigned retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion
• Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage
• Sales Generation
• Encourage customers to purchase products
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales quotas
• Customer Assistance
• Answer customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Merchandising
• Arrange and restock shelves or display areas
• Ensure products are clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Set up promotional displays or booths
• Inventory Monitoring
• Track stock levels and report shortages
• Coordinate with supervisors or store personnel for replenishment
• Reporting
• Submit daily sales reports and inventory updates
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity
