Production Supervisor, Cavite

-Supervise and coordinate daily production activities 

-Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met

-Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards

-Train, guide, and evaluate workers performance

-Prepare production reports and track performance metrics

Job Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or a related field

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-At least 35 years in supervisory role in manufacturing industry
