Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
• Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse.
• With relevant training, certifications, and at least one (1) year of clinical experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and patient-centered care.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Provides medical services based on assigned post, including Verification, Vital Signs Monitoring, Circulating, and Receiving/Second Station duties.
• Administers prescribed medications, treatments, and diagnostic tests in accordance with established medical protocols.
• Accurately records and updates patient information, including vital signs, medical history, and current health status.
• Monitors patients conditions and reports any significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Ensures proper documentation and compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization of assigned work areas and medical equipment.
• Delivers compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Immediate Head or Supervisor.
