Marketing & Operations Assistant (Full-Time, Office-Based)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant who can support both marketing activities and day-to-day business operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Build, update, and manage websites using Avada (WordPress)

- Create presentations, catalogs, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools

- Support daily administrative tasks

- Assist in logistics coordination and operations

- Help improve company workflows and organization

- Work closely with management on different projects

- Experience with WordPress (Avada theme preferred)

- Skilled in Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools

- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks

- Basic understanding of online marketing or websites

- Good communication skills

- Proactive and willing to learn
