Production Staff, Cavite

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production process, including preparation, assembly, and packaging of products
Operate basic machinery and production equipment (with training)
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets
Report any defects, machine issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
Assist in inventory handling, including raw materials and finished goods
Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate
With or without experience (experience in manufacturing/production is an advantage)
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Flexible and willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, or weekends if needed
