Performance Marketing & Content Specialist (E-commerce)

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month

We are looking for a results-driven marketing and content specialist who understands how to grow social media accounts and generate real sales through platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and e-commerce websites. A Performance Marketing & Content Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns while creating engaging content to drive online sales

You will be responsible for creating content, analyzing performance, and improving online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create and post 13 TikTok + IG videos daily in different accounts.
• Develop engaging, high-converting content
• Manage social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

Performance & Analytics

• Track and analyze:
• Views, engagement, and watch time
• Conversion rates and sales performance
• Identify winning content and scale it
• Improve underperforming content

• Support sales on:
• TikTok Shop
• Shopee
• Website 
• Optimize product listings and offers
• Work on strategies to increase conversions

• Research trends and competitors
• Test new content ideas and marketing angles
• Help grow followers and increase brand visibility

• Experience in social media content creation (especially TikTok)
• Understanding of online sales and marketing
• Ability to analyze performance metrics
• Creative mindset with strong execution
