Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the property, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping
Supervise and coordinate staff and service providers
Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and safe for tenants and visitors
Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and lease-related matters
Monitor occupancy rates and assist in leasing and marketing activities
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control
Collect rent and oversee billing and payment processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Conduct regular property inspections
Coordinate repairs, renovations, and contractor work

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in property or facility management
Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and leasing
Experience in handling tenants and client relations
Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
Strong leadership and organizational skills
