Pipe Welder, Cavite

A Pipe Welder is responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems by welding metal pipes and components with precision and accuracy. The role involves using various welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, and stick welding to join pipes and fittings, as well as cutting, shaping, and aligning materials according to specifications. Pipe welders must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation and compliance with project requirements.

They are also responsible for inspecting welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, performing repairs and maintenance on existing piping systems, and following strict safety procedures at all times. This position requires strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces or elevated areas. Typically, a pipe welder has a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant welding certification and hands-on experience in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas.
