WE ARE HIRING: Voice Account | (5-Month Contract)

We are looking for candidates who can start ASAP for a Voice Account in Alabang Muntinlupa

Job Details:

• Salary: 17,000 22,000
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Schedule: Graveyard Shift
• Start Dates: April 20 and April 27

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service requests
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Document interactions and update customer records in the system
• Follow company guidelines, scripts, and standard procedures
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
• Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least SHS graduate
• With at least 3 months work experience (BPO or related)
• Willing to work onsite and on a graveyard shift
• Good English communication skills
