Sales Associate, Cavite

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 12 years experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or technical products.
• Understanding of construction materials, services, or project workflows is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings or site visits when needed.
• Goal-oriented, confident, and able to handle sales pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on services, pricing, availability, and project timelines and contract terms.
• Engage professionally with clients through chat, email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Identify new clients and sales opportunities within the construction sector; close the deals
• Conduct market research and attend site visits, meetings, and networking events.
• Present company services and prepare quotations and proposals with the Office Engineer.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; follow up on inquiries and negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, materials, and project requirements.
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports.
