- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate and easy-to-understand information about products and service
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Handle account updates, service requests, and related transactions
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Comply with company policies, scripts, and performance standards
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience
- Willing to work on-site
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- Basic computer proficiency
