Position Overview
Gentri Doctors is seeking a dedicated and data-driven HR Lead to oversee our daily Human Resources operations. In this supervisory role, you will serve as the trusted right hand to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), ensuring that HR activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the hospital's goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in HR analytics, and capable of leading a team while maintaining the highest standards of employee care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Supervision
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide HR Assistants/Staff, ensuring daily deliverables and department KPIs are met.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with Philippine labor laws (DOLE), hospital policies, and healthcare industry standards.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for operational HR concerns from hospital staff and department heads.
2. Data Analytics & Support to the CHRO
- Act as the strategic right hand to the CHRO by managing HR data, metrics, and dashboards.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and 201 files to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Generate regular reports on key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition/turnover rates, overtime tracking, and performance evaluations) to assist the CHRO in data-driven decision-making.
- Assist the CHRO in drafting HR policies, memos, and preparing presentations for the executive board.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Administer the company code of conduct, drafting Notices to Explain (NTEs) and participating in administrative hearings when necessary.
- Mediate employee disputes and handle grievances with empathy, fairness, and professionalism.
- Spearhead employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals and support staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid HR Generalist/Operations experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace for data tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
- Soft Skills: High level of integrity and confidentiality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
