Key Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation, information distribution, and report collation to assist project managers and team members
  • Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and management, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned
  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting important actions and decisions
  • Ensure that project resources are available and effectively utilized throughout the project lifecycle


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, or project management) is often required
  • With Knowledge in Pivot and Vlookup
  • Typically, 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


Work Environment

  • Typically work in an office setting, with options for remote work
