Requirements
- Prepare detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to integrate MEP designs into building plans
- Review and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Create revisions and updates to existing drawings as necessary
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in drafting is a plus
- Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in MEP drafting
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of structural design principles; understanding of architectural drawings
- Qualities and Traits:Strong attention to detail; good communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
